I also did not know about the Medsker situation. While I think you handled in a somewhat attacking style which was totally uncalled for, I DO believe it is information we all had the right to know since Joe has been a major promoter of the stock here and unfortunately many folks are using this thread as DD(and worse yet, their ONLY source of DD). I think it is important that folks know the background of their sources. Since I don't think this thread is ANY form of DD, I am not concerned about Medsker's backround. This forum has been a place to share ideas and theories for me so I respect Medsker for that in his posts like everyone else. ALL information provided here should be taken with a grain of salt so everyone should get off the prima donna attitudes about who is an excon, who uses real names, who provides email addresses...This credibility thing is bullshit and is what is destroying the thread. Everyone has a right to express an opinion. Even the lawsuit stuff is sickening to me.
As far as Red Herring's go, this is a BB stock priced at $1.50. If you convinced yourself that all deals that Murphy goes after and lands an LOI will become final, you are high! There will be many successes and many failures. The problem we have is the cheerleading squad only presents the successes and since many folks use this as their only source of info, they feel betrayed when months later they discover something failed.
I have been pretty complacent in my serious DD for the 1st 2 years I have been invested in this stock because I was trading reasonably small postions based on price patterns(not very reliable on a BB but here it worked well for me).
I believe there is a large short or a bunch of shorts out there(purely my SWAG) and I need to find out who and why. Comb those financial releases my friends, see if we can find someone who's shares recently became unrestricted. Those folks could be shorting and forcing us down now. Anyone know the details of Muller off the top of their heads? I am on the road most weeks, so I don't have all of my notes I take as each release comes out. Let's try to get back to constructive criticism and let's brainstorm as a group as to what is going on.
All in all, I believe terrific things are happening, me being the greedy bastard I am, want to understand the recent weakness so I can properly place my next LARGE buy limit at the lowest possible price.
