Company Presidents may not think that way - at least if they want their key employees to stay in the Organization for certain long term goals. In the semiconductor field, which is so cyclical with short product cycles, smart employees understand however that sticking with one company won't be a reality, since ax always falls during the downturn or they need to work for a pay cut! 1999 will be an up year however and ALSC should see at least a $ 12 stock price.
