I was thinking maybe sending a regular letter might be best. I could be wrong, but I'm under the assumption a regular letter is taken more seriously than e-mail, which can just be composed and quickly sent off. Getting a letter off, though, is going to be somewhat delayed because my printer is on the blink. Its real old so I'm not going to bother getting it fixed. Instead, I'm going to buy a new one. Know any place I can find reviews of two Xerox monochrome laser printers I am interested in, the Docuprint P8E or 4508 Lazerprinter? I've wasted more time that I like to admit looking for reviews of these two Xerox printers (dependability and customer service are important to me). None of the stores around here sell them so its not been easy going. Lynn
