Does anybody have the Judge's stats handy? Does he get reversed often?

Over the weekend (I think it was) I read a third-party story stating that Jackson was considered a poor judge by many parties and that his decisions were reversed 18% of the time. The article did not say what the average was but implied that this was a very high number.
