seek dis: Dow component Walt Disney company (NYSE:DIS) may acquire Infoseek. 6/7/99 6:43:12 PM Monday after the bell Walt Disney announced that it had entered into discussions with infoseek (Nasdaq:SEEK)about possible acquisition of outstanding stocks that it already don't own. Infoseek Traded 8 points higgher in after hours trading.
