Ted, it's obvious Wall Street isn't impressed by the $750 billion "bailout." The Dow has fallen almost 50% from its highs, and volatility continues to dominate. Like I said, I was for the bailout before I was against it. I thought Washington could engineer a soft landing if they tried, but it looks like I was dead wrong. A bad recession may well be a soft landing.
