I guess the point here Ken is that while I don't think we should jump to conclusions I also think it's disingenuous of the democrats to distance themselves now. Make no mistake about it - The Democratic party played a roll in his re-election. This includes funding. Does this make them guilty of anything? No. But the jumping of sinking ships doesn't do much for me. I'm not about to cut either side of this issue an ounce of slack. The Republicans should take NO joy in this and the Democrats should not be allowed by the press to distance themselves period.
