Terry and All, I used to keep up with the Motley Fool group pretty closely...they do a great deal of good work (IMO), but their timing on these Semi-Equip stocks has been close to terrible....they bought AMAT and KLAC at almost the very top (AMAT at ABOUT 110, which after the split is 55) then watched it fall, bought no extra shares when they were on Blue-Light Special and then later sold all their AMAT at about 36ish...they are still holding KLAC....their justification for selling was that they tracked each other too closely, so they would give one the BOOT...all this is a tad fuzzy...i used to remember everything like it was yesterday, but as my mother warned me those days are gone...but this is the general idea of how they have fared in this sector (not too good).....Of course, they have probably learned alot.
