I found the fact that you allowed Daniel Miller, who was clearly making stock recommendations on SI when he was younger than SI's stated age requirement to be curious. I assummed that it was due to a legal entity requesting you to allow him to post. In conducting an investigation, more information about somebody is better than less, and the more somebody posts, the more info to look at. If I were the SEC or NASDR, I would want SI to be as open as possible - and SI would therefore be doing a public service by being as uncensored as possible - perhaps you can explicity add a section in your rules prohibiting advertising competing sites while still allowing people to post links to news related sites?
