*AV*--Bottom Fishing---If you are looking for semi-equipment stocks to
bottom fish on, think TGAL, MTSN, GGNS, FSII (yeah this is a floor dweller, IMHO), and WJ;in thst order.

BTW-right after the note to Larry, I stripped my new sytem down to bare components and rebuilt it from the ground up in order to once and
for all fix all hardware and software issues. Iam happy to report, that there is no such thing as plug and play or easy to install software. Screw US Robotics and their start up disk which "insert in drive a and look for Win95 statup file". It does not exist on the disk. To hell with Matrox and their "do not use drivers found on Win95 Disk or CD-Rom." "Instead, use old VGA card, set up as Standard VGA, turn off system, put in Matrox Mystique board, go ti install new hardware, tell system you have manufacturer's disk, go to CD ROM, install correct drivers, restart system, (and get this) log onto internet at matrox.com, look for new drivers and Bios upgrades found in ZIP format, download, unzip, and you guessed it, reinstall." Then
throw away useless sound card that conflicts with everything under the damn roof, and curse the whole system because all of this was done without a frickin mouse. Why you ask??? Because some real dippy "I can rebulid this and make it work", jerk, screwed up the $1 COM 1 ribbon cable.

But hell, it only took 5 hours and I had nothing better to do than to totally obliterate all my bookmarks installing Netscape 3.0 Gold and miss what looked like interesting times on this site yesterday afternoon. Boy talk about you going away for a while and having all hell break loose.

As you can see, I am just at the reply # listed right next to my name.
I cannot wait to see what pearls lay before me. If I have to guess, Webester has sent each of the following to their room without dessert;
Kevin, the Stevies twins and Patrick with the only reason Jeff isn't there, is because he is still playing with his Etch-a-Sketch and has not found a way to draw a "pitcher" of himself on the WEB wall.

I wish I had a batch of Dorothy's cookies right now to enjoy as I read on. Oh yeah, it is `5 AM here now. I woke up and can't seem to fall back to sleep. It's real quiet right now and, after this post, I will read the rest then work on a number of responses that are owed. OR maybe it's my turn to wake up the kids and say, "I'm hungry, what's for breakfast? and let's watch some cartoons" <g> Payback is sweet.

Last BTW-new Netscape has an automatic disconnect that just cut me off. How do you disable it? Netscape 2.1 could be left on indefinitiely (adding to the new FCC charges desired). Seems like I am already being protected against myself for wanton usage of the phone lines.
