UUL continues to be in the “Best Value” category with ongoing Lisbon Valley Phase II drilling program 1st assays in lab. Also drilling programs 1st quarter 2007 for Labrador with 10,000 line km helicopter-borne radiometric and ground work completed. The Artillery Peak drill program will kick off Feb 2007 to expand historical resource estimate.
ULL is much undervalued with their agressive management, ongoing drill programs and very high potential properties.
The Lisbon Valley Property consists of two contiguous claim blocks encompassing over 300 claims, totaling 7300 acres. This district produced the highest grades and thickest mineable width ever discovered in any of the five major uranium districts in the continental US. It was also the home to 17 previously producing uranium mines.

Collectively, Universal Uranium and its joint venture partners Silver Spruce Resources and Tripple Uranium Resources hold the second largest land position in the Central Mineral Belt (CMB) in Labrador, Canada (over 500,000 acres). Over the past few years the CMB has been the target of an intense uranium exploration boom. The properties Universal holds with its JV partners are situated along the same mineralization trends that host the previously discovered uranium occurrences held by Aurora Energy, Crosshair Exploration and the Santoy/Monster Copper joint venture.

Universal Uranium Ltd. has negotiated an agreement to acquire an option on 88 unpatented lode mining claims in Colorado. The Properties consist of 42 claims (849 acres) in Marshall Pass, Saguache County and 46 claims (930 acres) in the Jamestown area of Boulder County.
MARSHALL PASS PROPERTY
The Marshall Pass Property is considered a favorable exploration target to host another mine similar to the Pitch Mine. This mine produced 104,520 tons of ore with an average grade of 0.58% U308. The Pitch Mine had reserves of 2.1 million tons with an ore grade of .17% U308.
THE JAMESTOWN PROPERTY
The Jamestown claims cover the past producing Fairday Uranium Mine which produced 182,679 lbs of U3O8 with an average grade of 0.44% from a tertiary vein system. These claims are favorable exploration targets to discover a deposit similar to the Schwartzwalder Mine, Colorado's largest uranium mine, which produced in excess of 10.5 million pounds of U308 from six veins.
Universal believes there is significant potential to discover additional vein systems similar to those previously discovered in the area.
