Dear Jeff,

Thanks for the insight. No, the Regan Partners investment is not new, however, their increase to a 20% stake in the company (Barrons, October 25) is new news.

In order for one hedge fund?? to take a 20% stake in one company they must feel that something is up. They could just as well be trying to cover losses from purchases in the high teen's.
