I thought I'd made it quite clear, what is demoralizing to me isn't the photos, nor even the persons who took the photos, whom I consider to be lower than whale shit, nor the Democrat politicians attempting to capitalize on these events, nor the leftist media screaming with joy that they have something new to flog the US about it, nor our so-called "allies" "going to quarters" and otherwise showing their yellow bellies.
It's this:
"Oh, the events depicted in those photos are nothing more serious than fraternity hazings."
Oh, the events depicted in those photos could be called homo-erotic art."
"What do they mean, forced masturbation? If they got an erection, they must have enjoyed it."
"Why is anybody angry about what happened at Abu Ghraib? Why aren't they angry about (fill in the blank) 9/11, Fallujah, Jessica Lynch etc.?"
"Why should Bush apologize? Why won't the eeevil moooslims apologize for (fill in the blank) 9/11, Fallujah, Jessica Lyncn, etc.?"
"Why isn't anybody prosecuting the people who leaked these photos? It's treason and sedition because it's giving aid and comfort to Teddy Kennedy and John Kerry."
"The Iraqi prisoners should have been killed, then they'd have nothing to complain about."
