Ratan, yes, Wit will blacklist allottees who sell within 60 days of the offering. The blacklist lasts for a minimum of 60 days.

This is a crock. Maybe it made some sense to hold on for 60 days to IPOs that were going down, when you knew that there were more much anticipated ones like ETYS coming down the pike and with a monitoring program and quick fingers you had a good chance of getting them. But with Wit changing to a lottery, and the general meltdown in the internuts, it makes absolutely no sense now.
