Daniel, I think it would be worthwhile calling the Company. Although they probably will not discuss specific financial transactions, they may give you a feel for the financial alternatives available to them.

The next two quarters will be interesting. If they can demonstrate a growth rate similar to the first quarter of this year, they should go cash flow positive, which would ease the financial pressure a bit.

Keep in mind they have ongoing development licenses with some very large companies, many of which could result in substantial revenue.
