I read the proxy also Joe and was astonished at the gall of assigning so a huge percentage of options to the excutives. If they really are interested in keeping emplyees that contribute significantly to achieving their long term goals wouldn't they provide more options to them. I know of many silcon valley types who will quickly move to the next competitor that offers them a greater incentive stock option plan.
