In my opinion, Michael does not want these back end loaded quarters. He is taking advantage of the strong ATM sales in Q2 to make the monthly sales more even, and thus reducing our exposure to back end loaded performance from now into the future. This is effectively a one time revenue change, like clearing the pipeline inventory (COMS), except the great sales of ATM's (some of which were carried into the Q by not recognizing them in Q1) allow it to be done without effecting this company's performance.

I will take a conservative Q2 for that future reduction in share price volatility any day I could as a CFO. I thank him for his action, direction and guidance to this company and how to play nice with the street. Frankly, his hire is what kept me in this stock through the $40-$22-$40 ride that many of us have been on.

As I have reported before the infrastructure of people and systems are building to make ASND a greater company in the future. Michael is part of that building effort, for which I am thankful.

The above is just my opinion.

Dennis
