The only reason I can come up with is the market turmoil.Nasdaq has been down all week long +20 points each day,so even if ORCL wants to move up from these levels it's kind of impossible with the market being the way it is. I believe if conditions are reversed there is a good chance that ORCL shares will move up. Just a thought.
