Hi Paul -

What Web site do you use to check New 52wk lows? I have found the FINVIZ.com screener pretty good. I run the New low list then sort by PE..
finviz.com

SEP came up as one I want to add. It hit a new low AND went xdividend today. Trying to add a few shares in the $28.00/share range, RAM came up on the list but I am not going to add any shares at this time. NYB is on the list, glad I closed out this position in the $16.00/share range. No plans to add this one either.

Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) may be a possible candidate value buy but I want to see their exposure to cloud computing. Both trailing and Forward PEs are very low. I have it on my watch list and may start a tracking position some time in the future.
