I just base my valuation of CUBE by its peer group valuations. CUBE is still viewed by the market as a "one-trick pony."

If an interview was conducted among money managers and stock-pickers and they were asked what does CUBE do? Most (75%) would respond: "Digital video chips. Too much competition though. Won't be able to hold margins. But let me tell about Zoran though. Here's a comer!"

My point being, most don't know or understand Divicom - STILL!!!

This misunderstanding is CUBE's management's fault.
