Well Roger, if these charges are true, what do you want to call it? Do you have another euphemism that you would rather use than lie? Just where do you imagine that information came from? His publicist? Without his knowledge? He signed the document. He was the CEO. It described his experience. It is his responsibility. When you can direct me to a word that means to knowingly forward untruths then I will consider using it. Until then lies seems quite suitable to describe the charges of his misrepresentation of his educational experience.
