I am sure the Dror family trust plans on holding what shares they haven't already sold for quite a while. That is until they issue themselves more shares though don't you think? So you figure this share buyback program that they announced will be to buy in the general market, or just another means of cashing themselves out. $2.5 million would pretty much deplete their cash and securities holdings. (Those security holdings are quite a strange thing to see. Buying stock and selling the covered calls? They don't have better use for their capital?)
