Re: SOX

I have been watching the trading closely in some
Semis and while the index shows some strength the trading
in the individual issues paints a weaker picture.
Take for example AMAT - first thing today it was run up
hard buy moving the bid up via large Instinet orders.
These disappeared each time they failed to push the
price up. Then would reappear as selling subsided.

I see this repeated in other Semis over the last few days
It smells of distribution to me. And frankly an attempt
to show more strength than there actually is.

ALso this MU MUEI business is strange. They keep postponing
the earnings. Whats up with that? If they release on Thursday evening and it is weak than a strong case could
be made that the Sox was being supported to distribute
to new bagholders. Hows that for a conspiracy?? LOL

We shall see. But I find it incredible that the SOX is
not being sold.
