The good news just keeps rolling in...As mentioned in a previous post to Mani: "AMD's price looks poised to explode upwards over the next while from both a technical and fundamental perspective...

AMD broke out from the $28 to $30 zone, on increasing volume averaging about 10 million shares/day on Thurs and Fri, which from a technical perspective suggests that a new leg up has begun for AMD...The gap between $32.50 and $33 is waiting to be filled and the near term high of $34.25 is waiting to be successfully tested. Both these targets might get tested very, very shortly based upon current technicals...Current AMD fundamentals including a current valuation 1/3 the tech norm, revenue growth prospects about 3 times the tech norm, and current strong financial performance in a weak environment (which when all 3 factors are combined, point to an AMD price of at least 2 times its current level) strongly support a major runup in AMD's price over the near term..Additionally, all the exceedingly positive AMD news flowing out of Computex is just now being digested in North America...Such ongoing solid fundamental progress by AMD as evidenced by the stream of positive announcements out of Computex could easily provide additional fuel for any AMD technical rally that may have gotten underway on Thurs/Fri of last week...

Not exactly sure when AMD's price will explode, but the seeds are now sewn (Atlon 4, server/workstation initiative and NVidia alliance) that make such a price explosion inevitable,imo...(One year ago, AMD was trading at$48.50...AMD is probably twice as strong both financially and product wise as then...My guess is that any price explosion gets AMD to $48.50 real quick!!!)
