Market Swing Discussion: Don Sew's Chat Room Notes and Recaps
------------------------------------------------------------

Chat Notes : 3/7/03 10:00 AM

Weekly Signals : All Indices MIDRANGE/UPPER MIDRANGE

Daily Signals : (YESTERDAY CLOSING)

VIX : UPPER MIDRANGE

Daily Signals : (TODAY) All Indices had Intraday CLASS 1 BUY signals,
or were very close near the markets opening this morning.
(Remember closing signals are more reliable than intraday signals)

USD : OVERSOLD/CLASS 2 BUY (Shooting Star)

GOLD : Borderline OVERSOLD

Capitulation Indicator : MIDRANGE (not at an extreme as of now)

If the market closes at or very near the low of the day providing
closing CLASS 1 BUY signals Don may open a 5-10% long fund position.
He is currently holding a 5% short position.

A 34 day cycle is due at this time, give or take a few days for a
buffer.

The weekly NDX chart has a bullish flag, Donald is watching to see if
the lower trend line (900-915) is broken to the downside.

Donald thinks the Max Pain for QQQ is near 25 1/2, and that 1020 on
the NDX could be a strong resistance area if the mkt were to move up,
but he is not predicting that move
