The weekly NDX chart has a bullish flag, Donald is watching to see if the lower trend line (900-915) is broken to the downside. Donald thinks the Max Pain for QQQ is near 25 1/2, and that 1020 on the NDX could be a strong resistance area if the mkt were to move up, but he is not predicting that move
