Gary, The Tunisian casinos and hotel will be owned by FXWA. That's how the note will be collateralized. I admit the share price of FXWA is ahead of itself. The share price of NUOA is undervalued. I would suggest NUOA over FXWA. NUOA will not have to reverse split. Payments will be made with FXWA stock in the future IMHO. Nothing works, however, until the financing comes in. Ted
