To All: Talked to Joe Rzepka, and found out that he owns about 9000 shares. The reasons that they aren't buying more is that "we aren't rich guys, we're working stiffs", so they are looking for the most opportune times to buy. Also, they also have options, Joe for 100,000 shares at 1.5, which would require $150,000 to exercise.

I guess from their point of view, they can't predict what the market will do in the near future, and they do have insurance of the options(Reggie has 300,000).
