All, QP2's MetaStock output program will corrupt your
data and directories. Backup your existing data before
using the update function in MetaStock output program.
QP2 cannot correctly update the data previously generated
by Equis' Downloader such as CDs from other vendors
and daily data from Dial Data.

Don't try to update your 80-year Dow data without backup.
It seems OK if QP2 generates a new directory.
