Multiactive Software Announces Strategic Agreement With ACA Pacific Technology ACA to Distribute Multiactive's e business and CRM Products for the Asia Pacific Region; Principals of ACA to Invest CDN$3.65 Million in Multiactive's Asia Pacific Subsidiary

(Toronto: E), a leading provider of e-business front office solutions, announced today that its Asia Pacific subsidiary, abc Multiactive Limited, and ACA Pacific Technology have entered into an agreement for ACA to become a distributor for Multiactive's e-business and CRM software products for the Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Australia and China market. Principals of ACA have also committed to invest CDN$3.65 million for shares of abc Multiactive, for approximately 1.9 percent of the company, subject to regulatory approval. After giving effect to this investment, Multiactive will hold approximately 67 percent of the shares to be issued by abc Multiactive.
