Too many bears...too much cash on the side.....some pretty good stocks starting to look attractive.......put/call ratio looking pretty bullish right now (dollar weighted call/put ratio says puts out-weighed calls 10 of last 15 days and on 9/23 by a nearly 10:1 ratio) link to call/put dollar weighted ratio 208.6.184.213 Things are looking pretty bullish here. All we need are the buyers
