today announced that it should close on its letter of intent to
acquire Cameras, Etc., a Texas-based company specializing in marketing
digital cameras and accessories to the oil, gas and medical
industries, by the end of April 2000.
Affordable Telecommunications Technology Corp. (ATTC) previously
announced it signed a letter of intent to acquire the assets of
