In their latest condescending columns, Sally Quinn & Maureen Dowd - those liberal paragons of virtue - are taking the stance that McCain insulted Americans by choosing Sarah Palin. Neither Quinn nor Dowd have ever connected to average American voters. Their elitist snobbery appeals to a very narrow segment of the American public. Won't it be interesting to see how all this plays out.
