Yong, There has been no unusual behavior in reference to earnings.....Just unusual behavior by people on this thread about what is usual behavior. Identix has always reported earnings three or four weeks after the end of the quarter. They have always waited until the second or third week after the end of the quarter to announce the exact date. They have done as they have always done......They have announced the exact date about one week ahead of time. Some people looked at Zacks for the date...Mistake, we should know better than to look to Zacks for anything. Heck, Zacks couldn't even get the IDXC anouncement put under our symbol properly today..... For the last three weeks....South Coast has been saying that the exact date has not yet been set. Today they set the date.....Tuesday.......Just like clockwork. Just like always. Remember that Fowler is a guy who is traveling alot......Japan, Baltimore, UK, New York.....and he may have been gone alot these last few weeks.......You know...doing deals.....shaking hands. There may in fact be a buyout in the works......but if you are looking at the setting of the earnings release date one week ahead of time (as they have always done) as evidence of such......then I just don't see it. I think next Tuesday will be great......I can't wait for the conference call.....and I hope we can hear an inspiring growth story.........And that Sylvan will be public by then....so it can be discussed also......Sylvan will be very High Margin.....Non-Government revenue!......Kind of like Oracle. bg J.L.......I will be off-line until Sunday evening......You are in charge of making sure that IDX closes Friday afternoon at a price above the 52 week high........Bid, not ask...........I will be back in time for the Monday night nervous nellie earnings discussion. Try to let people know that IDX does not just make pith helmets for the Army.
