There could be some consolidation in the wireless/telecom sector as NXTL and AWE have been rumoured many times to be takeover targets. NXTL with its subscriber base and licenses/spectrums would be tasty tho' the debt on the books might be a problem.

I would be happy with $10 or above here.

But tough environ for any entity to pony up let alone handle their own growth.
