To be clear, I never considered myself to be a "marketing expert". I am married to one, however, and that has always met my needs.

I think Al's perspective is that of a salesman, which as is typical, is very top-line oriented. Running a business involves far more than sales. If you're losing money on every sale, selling more isn't the solution.
