Herm, I have just sold some mutual funds and now have some cash in my account that I can use to use in my ccing. The stocks that I am ccing now are GEMS, NMBS, TECD (which I will be called out of in Sept) and just getting into UGLY. The stocks that I would like to increase my shares with are GEMS and NMBS.

GEMS has fallen from the 19-20 range to 16-17. As I read the charts I see it falling through the 20 and 50 day MA but bouncing off the lower bb. No news and average or slightly below volume. I'm seeing this as a buying opportunity to average down my nut. Am I correct in my analysis?

NMBS is trading right in the middle of it's bb and I'm seeing the 20 and 50 day MA coming together. Does this mean anything? Is this a good time to buy more?

Thanks for your insight.
