Everyone seems to be discussing the split, so here is my .02 worth:

1. IOM aways goes on these little trips up and down, when we were at 33 we had a PE over 40. Now we have one just over 30. There is nothing unusual about this, when the asia BS is factored in, it is even less unusual.

2. As we approach earnings and the Asia BS is starting to get put behind us we will again head towards a PE of 40 (maybe a little more but hopefully not too much).

3. I was against the split because I would like to see the 4 quarter trailing earnings go over $1.00 per share and stay there, but that probably is just a stupid personal preference of mine, I have many more as we all do.

4. If anything, the split limited the downside potential not the upside. Is there anyone here that actually believes the price of IOM would be over $25 now if it hadn't split. I think that it might have fallen to $18 or $20.

5. The combination of building a new base and options expiration have done more to hold the stock where it is than the stock split.

6. Forward looking statement----IOM will approach a PE of 40 before the end of January 1998.
