I'm not sure what "Advanced Coal" is, but I suspect it has something to do with CO2 emmission reductions which is a complete waste of money.

You other favorite Solar PV is not cost competitive either coming in at 210 MWh.

We should switch over to 100% Natural Gas fired and learn to love fracking!
