There really is something intimidating about these machines. They are giant hulks with threatening blades moving very fast.



They build a bunch of them on the ridge behind Virgina Mn. You look at them and you can't quite believe your eyes. Like someone did a bad job with Photoshop. It just doesn't look real.

I think there is a reason the image of don Quixte mistaking a windmill for a giant is so popular. It resonates with people. Even though the don was nuts people get how you could make that mistake. They are very disturbing.
