Frankly, my research into POWI has been limited. I am a big believer in telecommunications, especially wireless, and was looking for a play in cell phone batteries and power supplies. After a quick reveiw, POWI seemed close enough and I liked their fundamentals, so I bought a small position with the intention of buying more after further research.
Unfortunately, due to the market crash, margin calls, and other fun and games going on in my life, I have not had time to do that further research. In general however, I believe that the use of small portable electric devices will increase, and such companies that supply power to those devices will prosper.
I think POWI under $15 is a steal for the long term. I have no idea short term. Remember, my opinion is worth what you are paying for it. |
