Are you still predicting a turn around at mid year?

No way. That was when I thought y2k might be actually having an impact. Now I think the internet is not only sucking the stock prices but also the IT depts. I went to a client just to have lunch with some people and their shop was looking into implementing efax and critical path.... in essence outsourcing email and fax to these web-based solutions. These 2 companies (crit. path and efax) are internet companies therefore they don't have to be profitable. How can psft compete with that? Answer - they can't, until the internet dies down.

On a smaller scale, when client server took off a whole bunch of companies were hit hard and most never recovered. The notable exception was Sap that retooled their product line to take advantage of C/S. This reminds me of that a little.
