Impatiently waiting for closing date on this deal. Willing to remain a shareholder of record to be entitled to any future royalties but plan on dumping BAX at the first good opportunity. If anyone has been researching BAX, there are better opportunities IMO in the medical device sector. One is Becton Dickinson, BDX bd.com. Dominant share positions over a broad range of medical devices and aggressively expanding into China and India.
