It takes very special humans to deliberately spill another's blood on their own hands while killing. They are not deterred by any ordinary means. They require very special treatment.

What is especially disturbing is the videotaping. It's enough that they methodically cut another man's throat until the head seperates. But they videotape it, like a home movie. The Chechnyans dub music to it, and distribute the bloody carnage as patriotic. It takes a real animal to do that.
