Baldy and eDollar, here's what I know... We definitely suggested that a computer glitch might exist and asked if it did. I was told that they did extensive investigation and could not find any evidence that accounts were being errantly classified as flipped accounts. I did not talk to any tech people, but am convinced that the official at E*Trade with regard to IPOs was the best contact we could possibly talk with.
