Don, With regard to the fundamental news that will cause a move out of the triangle phase, I think that the bias is to the downside since earnings warnings are gonna start coming out soon, especially if some of the big guys warn. I would not be surprised if some of the bigger semi-equips warn. It's been my experience in the past that the SOX is sometimes a leading indicator for the Nasdaq, and we all know how the SOX has been lately.
