Betty, since Pres. Clinton referred to Monica Lewinsky as "that woman, Ms. Lewinsky", I think that we, in our discussions concerning her, should take our cue from the President, and refer to her as "that woman, Ms. Lewinsky". Surely the Pres. would not be wanting to dis' Ms. Lewinsky. I have always assumed that Presidents have at least one etiquette advisor, seeing as the President communicates with all the world's important people on a regular basis.
