Last week, I was looking at the next two weeks, of earnings announcements, pretty closely. On 4/22 I am going to be unavailable for 12 days, and I wanted to know where to put some money for the best return, while I am out of touch. I did not see any of the companies, listed in the SI Calendar, that I felt would provide me with a better return than ASND during this same period.
Here are my thoughts on the companies that I looked at:
PAIR has had a run up of 25% in the last three weeks. They have some good things coming, but it looks like the money is already in the stock.
INTC... 20 point drop since 2/25... maybe now it would be a good value... but I think they have already warned.... so I do not know
I am getting too tired to post all of those listed on the calendar... (I looked at all of the networking and electronic companies) To make a long story short, the best bet, appeared to be Applied Magnetics or Bay. But I have not done dd on them yet, so my money stays here.
