EACarl, I am provincial. I only buy stocks of companies in my neighborhood. HELX is not in my neighborhood, so I know what you stated in your post from reading about it in previous SI posts, but I have not actively considered it as a possible purchase. There is NOTHING about it I know and don't like! Cary
