Hi Sanjay, Here is some more to go with those shares outstanding: Take the big FLR deal - There have been a lot of guessing what net impact that deal may have. 40/60 split with Dunn have been mentioned. If ARET then nets 10% its appx 1.7Mio$. equal 1 cent per share. Adding the other deals ongoing could bring EPS estimates to 0.015-0.03. A conservative PE of 5 then equals a shr price of 0.075-0.15. Now say aret only nets half of it - Then I'll boldly raise the PE to 10 and get the same shareprice <G>. Kind regards Jens
