Yeah, take off from what.....forgot about that. See I don't know how to build a set of clubs. My ancestors just hacked them off trees and used them against the English. What's that "inch and a quarter thick" stuff? Some trading method I haven't heard of? Don't trade Lumber, that's a New York Market.....too cutthroat. Radiused? *do a bit of construction projects this winter* Anyway if the house isn't already built by the time I'm ready to use it I don't buy it in the first place.
